We brought her vision to life at Space 102, crafting a private dinner with a fully customized menu by Chef Laura Edwards.

Birthday menu featuring appetizers like saltfish fritters with togarashi aioli and tuna tartar. Dinner includes mango slaw, coconut crunch rice, shrimp skewers, and jerk chicken. Dessert is spiced ginger cake with caramel sauce.
