Stock Club is Care/Of's own monthly pop-up series — a ticketed, one-night-only experience where a chef and a creative come together inside our studio to build something that can't be replicated.
Four editions in, every one has sold out. Each chapter has taken on a life of its own: a reimagining of contemporary Mexico through stone, smoke, and a five-course menu. A late-night ode to old-world steakhouse glamour. An immersive Nigerian dinner that blurred the line between meal and performance. A Halloween gathering sponsored by Hendricks Gin that ditched dinner entirely for cocktails, canapés, and things that unsettle you just enough.
Stock Club — as in: the foundation of a dish, the capital that fuels something great, the act of keeping a supply, the neighborhood we call home. A place to explore good food, good people, and good ideas, where designers, artists, and culinary talent come together for one night only.
