Space 102 is a creative culinary studio built for creating unique experiences.

The Care/Of space is the perfect place to host your next event, intimate celebration, photoshoot, or culinary experience.

Located north of The Junction in Toronto's Stockyard District in the former CCM bicycle factory, our beautifully furnished 1100 square foot loft provides an ideal space for small gatherings, photoshoots, meetings, and interactive events.

With a well-stocked built-in prep kitchen, tableware, and dishware, we can seat up to 24 for meals and host up to 35 people for standing events.

Our space features 14 foot ceilings, exposed brick, large windows and an abundance of natural light.

Our 2024 Rates

  • 4 hours: $600 + HST

    6 hours: $800 + HST

    8 hours: $1000 + HST

    Great for small groups (less than 10 people), photoshoots, team meetings, etc.

    Cleaning fee included.

  • 4 hours: $800 + HST

    6 hours: $1000 + HST

    8 hours: $1200 + HST

    Great for events, culinary tastings, intimate dinners, etc. Includes use of prep kitchen (tableware, bakeware, dishwashing, etc)

    Cleaning and dishwashing fee included.

  • 4 hours: $400 + HST

    6 hours: $600 + HST

    8 hours: $800 + HST
