Meet your Chef: Sonja Seiler

Sonja is a food storyteller and founder of Nurture, a company that hosts creative retreats and food experiences in Ontario and beyond. Through Nurture, Sonja curates intentional spaces for connection, community and creativity through weekend getaways, a harvest table dinner series and freelancing as a retreat chef for gatherings worldwide. More 'kitchen witch' than chef, she intuitively brings together flavours that echo both the aesthetic and values behind an event, with an emphasis on creative use of food scraps and building community through hearty, family style, plant-forward dishes.
