Located north of The Junction in Toronto's Stockyard District in the former CCM bicycle factory, our beautifully furnished 1100 square foot loft provides an ideal space for small gatherings, photoshoots, meetings, and interactive events.

Our Studio, Your Playground

With a well-stocked built-in prep kitchen, tableware, and dishware, we can seat up to 22 for meals and host up to 35 people for standing events.

Our space is designed by up-and-coming design firm Wiggleroom Inc. and features 14 foot ceilings, exposed brick, large windows and an abundance of natural light.

Our 2024 Rates

  • $140 per hour (minimum 4 hours)

    Great for small groups (less than 10 people), photoshoots, team meetings, etc.

    Cleaning fee included.

  • $175 per hour (minimum 4 hours)

    Great for events, culinary tastings, intimate dinners, etc. Includes use of prep kitchen (tableware, bakeware, dishwashing, etc). Max 35 people.

    Cleaning and dishwashing fee included.

  • $100-150 per hour (minimum 4 hours)

    For those looking to hire our Care/Of talent for full service dining and events.

    Full-service includes decor, floral, servers, food & beverage, set-up & clean-up and linens.
