Designer for Brand & Packaging Refresh

We are seeking a designer to help refine and elevate our brand identity across multiple touchpoints, including our website, packaging, collateral, and studio space. Below is a breakdown of our needs:

1. Website Refresh

• Our website is built on Squarespace and requires a design and format update.

• Improve the overall user experience and navigation to better reflect our brand’s evolution.

• Refresh brand language and copywriting to align with our vision and new services.

2. Packaging & Collateral Design

We need a consistent visual identity across various packaging and printed materials, including:

• Branded packaging materials:

• Water-activated packing tape

• Stickers (for boxes, branding, handling instructions)

  • “Refrigerate Upon Arrival”

  • “Fragile”

  • Dietary labels (Veggie, Nut-Free, Halal, Gluten-Free, etc.)

• Printed brand materials:

• Postcard (about our business)

• Recipe booklet

• Experience card

• Menu template

• Branded stationery (thank-you cards)

• Custom stamp for packaging or branding

3. Studio Branding Elements

We’d like guidance on permanent branded elements for our event studio. We’re open to ideas but here are some elements we’ve been considering so far.

• A branded door sign

• Possible mirror decal in the washroom (with brand messaging or logo)

• A picture wall or installation that creatively incorporates our branding

We are looking for a designer who can bring a strong aesthetic sense, brand cohesion, and attention to detail across all these elements.
