As we expand, for an intern to join us in a part-time hybrid role this spring/summer. You'll be expected to work 75% of your hours in person from our event studio and the remaining 25% can be done virtually. We'll work with you to determine the time commitment of the role based on your program needs.

About the job: We’re looking for a motivated intern with skills in project management, administration, and event production. You’ll help manage projects, support event preparation and execution, and assist with day-to-day operations. From setting up events to handling logistics, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly. This is a paid internship, offering valuable hands-on experience in a dynamic and creative environment.
What we need from you: A degree or relevant experience, a knack for juggling tasks, and a proactive attitude. You should be able to spot problems before they arise and take ownership of finding solutions. You'll need to be organized, adaptable, and ready to roll up your sleeves.

About the Opportunity
We’re searching for a Project & Event Production Management Intern with strong project management, administrative, and event production skills to join our team. Here’s what you’ll tackle:
Project Management: Assist in planning and executing projects from start to finish, ensuring every detail is covered. Coordinate with departments, manage timelines, and keep everyone informed.
Event Production: Support event preparation and execution, including setting up and maintaining the studio, cleaning after events, organizing supplies, managing event logistics, and hosting events.
Administrative Support: Keep our operations running smoothly by managing project files, placing supply orders, and maintaining inventory. You’ll also assist in client communications and help with content creation for marketing.
Content Creation & Marketing: Contribute to our social media strategy by capturing content during events and helping develop creative marketing materials.
About You
Currently enrolled in a recognized college or university program with a work-integrated learning component as part of your study plan.
Registered as a domestic student in a post-secondary institution in Canada.
Legally entitled to work in Canada, including Canadian citizens, permanent residents, or individuals with refugee protection under the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act.
Strong organizational skills and a knack for multitasking.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms.
Knowledge of ClickUp is a plus.
Experience or interest in marketing and content creation is a plus.
Passionate about event planning, project management, and contributing to a high-performing team.
