Meet your Chef: Ben Hayward
With over a decade of experience in the hospitality industry, Ben brings his passion for food and expertise to private clients. His culinary journey began at a small French bistro in Mississauga and led him to Toronto, where he honed his skills at acclaimed spots like Hammersmith’s, Greta Solomon’s Dining Room, The Ceili Cottage, and as Catering Director at Harbourfront Centre.
Rooted in French training but with a contemporary Canadian approach, Ben emphasizes seasonality and sustainability in his cooking. His diverse expertise also includes wine pairing and oyster shucking, making his events both flavorful and memorable.
