For this experience, we offer two theme options for you to choose from:

1. Demystifying Wine

Ever wondered why you prefer a bold Cabernet Sauvignon over a delicate Pinot Noir? Our session goes beyond the grape to help you articulate your personal wine preferences and allows you to discover the styles and characteristics that resonate with you.

In this session, we’ll walk you through four wines that allow you to decode what looking at and smelling a wine conveys, the same assessment process that sommeliers use when blinding. We’ll then venture to explore the palate and talk about wine structure - the very thing that makes a wine one that can age versus not.

2. Blind Tasting: Does Price Matter?

Do you think the old adage ‘the more expensive, the better’ applies to wine? Let’s challenge this assumption with our Blind Tasting: Does Price Matter session.

Here, we take 6 wines (3 pairs) and put them up against each other. We select incredible wines from both ends of the price spectrum.

In this session, not only will we test the assumption of ‘more is best’, we’ll also talk through why some of the more modestly priced wines taste like they should be 10x the price.

Whether you are looking for a way to discover your wine presences and personal plate or you want to uncover if the price and age matters in wine, Beverly will lead you through an engaging and tasteful experience.
