During this event, we will explore the rich history of whiskey, learn about its origins, and taste a variety of whiskeys expertly paired with complementary Brazilian chocolate brigadeiros. Trevor Burnett will guide us through the tasting of five different types of whiskeys from five different countries, each paired with chocolates from Mary's Brigadeiros. Mixologist: Trevor Burnett
Trevor Burnett is a native of Montreal, who currently resides in Toronto and has travelled the globe extensively as an ambassador of spirits and the culture of cocktails. He is well known for his passion for adventure and his innate sense of hospitality. Trevor has worked extensively in the Food and Beverage industry, most successfully with numerous urban luxury boutique hotels and high-profile VIP cocktail events.
