Taiwanese, Thai, and Romanian Cuisine with Haan Palcu-Chang

Haan is a Taiwanese-Romanian Chef from Toronto who has cooked all over the world. He’s able to teach a wide variety of cuisines and styles. He’ll design a special menu with your team’s interests and dietary needs in mind.

Expect an entertaining session filled with cooking tips, personal stories, and hands-on fun.

Meet Your Chef: Haan Palcu-Chang

Haan is a Taiwanese-Romanian Chef from Toronto. He’s cooked all over the world, including stints at Maenam in Vancouver, Fiskabaren, Kiin Kiin and Kokkeriet in Copenhagen, Enoteca Sociale in Toronto, Le Mary Celeste in Paris and Le Bon Funk in Singapore.


Currently, he runs Safta’s Falafel (@saftasfalafel) and Mamaliga Kitchen (@mamaligatoronto) as pop-ups.
