Join us for a unique culinary adventure at our Sausage Making Workshop, where you'll learn to make fresh sausages from scratch. Perfect for home cooks and food enthusiasts, Chef Joshua Bagalacsa will lead you through:
Ingredient Exploration: Learn about meat, spices and casings
Hands-on Prep: Season and mix our sausage filling
Stuffing and Twisting: Fill and shape your own sausage links
The workshop package includes a family-style meal to be enjoyed after making the sausages, including shareable appetizers and the featured sausage blend in the main course.
According to our Chef, fresh sausages are best enjoyed the day after preparation, so participants will take home the sausages they've made.
