Lunar New Year Dumpling Making with Haan Palcu-Chang

Meet Your Chef: Haan Palcu-Chang

Haan is a Taiwanese-Romanian Chef from Toronto. He’s cooked all over the world, including stints at Maenam in Vancouver, Fiskabaren, Kiin Kiin and Kokkeriet in Copenhagen, Enoteca Sociale in Toronto, Le Mary Celeste in Paris and Le Bon Funk in Singapore.


Currently, he runs Safta’s Falafel (@saftasfalafel) and Mamaliga Kitchen (@mamaligatoronto) as pop-ups.
