Chinese Holistic Wellness w/ Souperwell

Souperwell simplifies traditional wellness. They curate centuries of herbal recipes to simplify and bring traditional remedies and soups to your kitchen. Tash put a lot of thought and heart into bringing these ancient recipes to modern understandings.

Tash incorporates TCM principles into her Souperwell soups, teas and dessert, as a way to promote holistic wellness. TCM emphasizes the balance and harmony of the body, mind, and spirit and seeks to treat the root cause of illness, rather than just the symptoms. By incorporating these principles into Souperwell, Souperwell’s products offer a convenient and delicious way to support overall health and wellness.

In this workshop, learn about traditional Chinese medicine’s ancient properties that improve health and well-being with all the ingredients prepared based on century-old recipes.

Meet Your
Guide: Tash Law of Souperwell

Tash’s grandfather practiced TCM practitioner in Kowloon, Hong Kong for 30 years. Her family grew up healing bodies with natural remedies and have seen first-hand the healing properties of TCM.

Her aspirations are to ensure Traditional Chinese Herbal Traditions along with her culture are carried along into future generations and continue to have a place in modern society.

Tash is a first-generation Australian and whilst she grew up loving sunny beach days and won’t accept anything less than good quality coffee (a large, oat flat white to be exact_, she has her Chinese culture and values deeply embedded within her.

When she moved out of home, there were certain dishes she needed to master. Soup was first on the list. Cooking herbal soups is a preventative and restorative practice that has been embedded in her life and culture. When she saw the less-than-ideal-quality and the lack of range in herbs available in supermarkets, which were frequently accompanied by poor English labels and strange names, she felt privileged to have grown up with the quality herbs from her grandfather’s TCM practice. She wants everyone to be able to access quality herbs and understand it’s benefits.
